
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
School Officers provide critical support within the College, ensuring that the administrative operations of the school run smoothly.
School Officers work across the areas of finance, facilities, maintenance, enrolments, assets, resources, marketing, events, and student services. They may undertake tasks such as: banking; reconciling financial records; processing invoices; arranging catering; assisting with events; maintaining data integrity on a variety of systems; logging and tracking maintenance and repair work; obtaining quotes; ordering goods and services; maintaining key registers; managing assets and resource data and information; responding to venue hire requests and bookings; undertaking stock takes; and providing general administrative assistance.
They may also assist with the induction and support of administrative school support staff and develop induction programs and materials and assist in the coordination of relief staff.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
