The Role
As the successful applicant you will ideally work as part of a dedicated team and have the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to our school community. You will play a crucial role in managing our busy front reception with the focus on enhancing the experience of both internal and external stakeholders. This position involves providing essential information and guidance to parents and assisting with the enrolment documentation. You will manage school databases and records. As the first point of contact for staff and students you should be well organised, friendly and have the ability to prioritise tasks.
The Successful applicant will ideally possess and understanding of Schools Information System (SIS), Integris, RM Finance, RM billing, faults management and Microsoft 365 in this role. The ability to produce mail merge documents would be highly regarded.

- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
